Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Because many of our products are packed by hand, or prepared in small batches, processing times may vary slightly during high-volume periods, product launches, or holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if selected at checkout)

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed once the package is in the carrier’s possession.


Shipping Carriers

We ship orders using trusted carriers such as:

  • USPS

  • UPS

Carrier selection may vary depending on order size and destination.


Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by customers.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, tracking information will be emailed to you automatically. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

BroomStixs & More is not responsible for:

  • Packages marked delivered by the carrier

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or unforeseen circumstances

  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation

If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier first using your tracking number.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Include photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging.

We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.


Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can correct the issue.
